SimpleFax is a pay-per-use web fax service. You upload documents, enter a US fax number, pay a flat $3.99 with Stripe, and we transmit your fax. No subscription and no account required.
How much does it cost?
Each fax is $3.99 for up to 25 pages in one transmission. That is a one-time charge—no monthly fees or hidden add-ons.
What file types can I send?
PDF, JPG, and PNG. Images are converted to PDF automatically. You can attach multiple files; total length is capped at 25 pages per paid send.
Which fax numbers are supported?
The send form is set up for 10-digit US fax numbers. If you need a different format, contact support before paying so we can confirm compatibility.
How long does delivery take?
After payment succeeds, transmission usually completes within a few minutes. Allow a little extra time for the receiving machine or carrier.
How do I pay?
Payment is processed securely by Stripe on our site. We never see your full card number. After you pay, your documents are submitted for sending.
Do you store my files or personal data?
Files are used only to send the fax and are removed from our systems after transmission as described in our privacy policy. We do not use your upload for marketing or profiling.
What if the fax fails?
We offer a full refund if transmission fails, as outlined in our refund policy. Keep your payment confirmation and contact support if something goes wrong.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You only need an email address for payment and delivery confirmation messages.
Can I send more than 25 pages?
Each $3.99 purchase covers up to 25 pages in one job. For larger jobs, complete another send with the remaining pages.

SimpleFax is offered by SimpleSaaS, LLC. Fax delivery uses licensed carrier infrastructure; payment processing uses Stripe.
